There are so many premium hentai sites out there that it’s hard to separate the good from the bad. Each one says it’s the best, but how do we know who is lying and who is telling the truth? Well, that’s what I’m here for, of course. I try them out just for you. I do it for science. It has absolutely nothing to do with my crippling addiction to masturbation, nope. Nothing at all. What really makes Hentai.xxx stand out from the competition is the fact that all of the videos on the site are straight from Japan, and completely 100% exclusive to Hentai.xxx. Unless you’ve been pirating their content, every single video on the site will be brand new to you. And if you have been illegally downloading their videos, shame on you! If nobody supported content creators, the incentives to make good porn would disappear and we’d be left with nothing. But… on the other hand… the real reason I don’t download stuff like this for free is because I don’t know where to find it. So… hit me up, alright?

Exploring The Countryside

The main page of Hentai.xxx is fairly standard. The first thing you’ll see is the cover images of the latest uploads, along with their titles, release dates, and runtimes. Unfortunately, mousing over them doesn’t show any additional thumbnails or video previews, so you’re left with this limited information to figure out if the video is worth your time. But, thankfully, almost all of the videos are. I’m picky when it comes to hentai—I think that on free sites, the bad often overwhelms the good, but that isn’t the case here. And no, no matter what my therapist says, that isn’t the case with me either. The movies will start playing immediately when you open the page. The video player loads quickly, and though it lacks some of the more advanced features that some porn sites have, like timestamps and slow-motion, it gets the job done. Also on this page is a synopsis of the film, as well as a link to each “niche” that the film is categorized in—essentially, what most other sites refer to as tags or categories. You’ll also find download buttons on the video page. I particularly like that they let you choose the video quality, rather than forcing you to download it in the original resolution. This lets you balance clarity and quantity—so, if you’re planning on going a short trip and you need every single drawn nipple and dick to be as high-quality as possible, you can go for the higher definition, but if you’re going to be out of pocket for a while and your phones hard drive space is limited, you can sacrifice a bit of quality to squeeze a few more videos on. I do wish there were more ways to view the content, though. You can’t sort by view count, and there isn’t even any user rating system that could be used to sort by the best videos. You’re just stuck scrolling through the library or switching to the niche page (which I’ll describe later). There are two saving graces that prevent this from being a major issue, though. First and foremost is the general consistency of quality of the hentai—when ninety-nine percent of the videos are worth jacking off to, it’s not really worth spending much time finding the perfect film when you could just click at random and find something to make your night a good one. Second is the fact that the catalog at Hentai.xxx isn’t overwhelmingly large. If for whatever reason you are compelled to check out every video to find the perfect one, this won’t be a huge commitment. There’s enough content to keep you happy, but not so much that you’re going to spend days finding what you’re looking for. See—sometimes bigger isn’t better, I knew it.

Not Enough Niches

The niche section, which is, aside from a text search and the chronological listing of videos, is a bit of a letdown. In theory, it should work—it’s a tried and true method that just about every other good porn site uses, just under a different name. But it falls apart in its execution. The page itself looks fine, and the presentation, with each niche having a representative image, is visually appealing. But there aren’t anywhere close to enough niches listed. The niche page only presents sixteen niches. When you’re classifying hundreds of movies, that doesn’t really cut it—especially in hentai, where so much weird shit happens that you practically have to invent new words to describe what goes on in videos. I particularly take issue with the “Fetish” niche. I don’t think you could come up with a less useful tag for hentai porn. This could cover anything from age gap porn, to tentacle monsters, to rape—and really, what hentai video doesn’t involve a fetish of some kind? There are more than sixteen niches on the site, but there’s absolutely no way to find a list of them. You just have to click on videos at random, look at the list attached to what you’re watching, and hope for the best. Thankfully, some of the problems caused by the inadequate number of available niches are resolved by the search function. Since each video has a fairly detailed and accurate synopsis, a lot of the more specific details of any given video can be found by searching for that term. A comprehensive listing would be a great addition, but really, if I can just search “schoolgirl” to get to my preferred porn, I’ll still end up happy in the end, even if clicking on that niche (if it existed) would have been simpler.

It Could Be Cheaper, But It Could Be More Expensive

Hentai.xxx is by no means a bad value, but it’s definitely not one of the cheaper hentai porno sites. The trial membership is pretty standard and absolutely worth paying for, at just a dollar per day. But beyond that, the options don’t really offer a lot of flexibility. You can join up for a single month at a time for about thirty-five dollars, or pay for three months at a time for what works out to twenty-three and a third dollars per month. You don’t get the choice of a deeply-discounted full year like you do on so many other sites, or anything in between. I do think that Hentai.xxx is worth just about any amount of money, but I always have to tell myself that not everyone is like me. Not everyone masturbates ten times a day, not everyone is obsessed with anime and hentai, and not everyone has a lovely mother who doesn’t pay attention to her credit card statements. So while I would recommend Hentai.xxx at any price, you’ll have to take into account whether or not it meets your needs, and your budget, too.

Bonus Content—But Why?

I was happily jerking off to squeaking Asian cartoon women when something caught my eye—right at the top of the page, there is a link to Bonus Content. Fantastic, I thought. How strange and shocking this is aside, this porn is actually pretty good. The bonus portion of the site works exactly like the main version, right down to the video descriptions and lists of niches. For whatever reason, you’re basically getting a totally free premium porn site thrown in with your membership. I can’t quite figure it out, but it’s a happy little accident that I’m glad to take advantage of.
